How this site handles information.

What this website collects

You do not need to provide information to browse. This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising tools or embedded third-party trackers.

The contact form

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, the information you enter (your name, the email address or phone number you choose to give, your answers or description of the challenge, and any optional details you choose to add) is delivered to The Horizon Strategy Group so that we can reply. It is used only to respond to your inquiry and to continue the conversation you started. Delivery is handled by Netlify Forms, which emails each inquiry to us and keeps a copy until we delete it; see Netlify's own privacy information for how it handles submissions.

While you fill in the form, your answers are kept in your current browser tab, so they are not lost if you move between questions or reload the page. They are cleared once your message is sent, and your browser discards them when you close the tab.

Please do not include sensitive employee, customer, health, or confidential business information in the form. A general description of the situation is enough to start a conversation.

The execution worksheet

The execution worksheet keeps answers only in the current page’s memory. A download saves a copy to your device. Worksheet answers are not sent to the firm or retained after you leave or reload.

The interactive dashboards

The interactive dashboards on this site run entirely in your browser. They do not send information to the firm and are not connected to any client or business system.

Returning to your place

The return arrow temporarily remembers page addresses, reading positions, expanded sections and selected dashboard filters in your current browser tab. This information stays in the browser and is used only to return you to where you were reading. Contact form entries and worksheet answers are not included.

Hosting and server logs

Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs (such as the address of the requesting device, the page requested and the time) for security and reliability. The hosting provider will be named here once hosting is confirmed.
